As an employee, one must complete the assigned work within a particular point in time.

Planning: Planning is thinking before doing. Even plans may fail or change it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t make plans at all. Plan your day to complete efficiently, plan your task to complete within a particular period of your time, plan your goal to achieve over a specific duration of time. Plan everything you do, what to do when to do it, and How to do it within a stipulated time.

Prioritize your task: Once you determined or planned the goals or tasks that you need to achieve or complete. Prioritize it or prepare a
list of what goals or tasks have to be accomplished first and what tasks can be set aside in the meantime. To work efficiently mark deadlines in your calendar. It is better to prepare priorities first rather than being stressed about accomplishing everything at once.

Remove Distractions: Distraction is the major reason for the failure of managing time. Think of your distractions like smartphones, the internet, social media, co-workers, meetings (unless it is not useful), etc., with what you are getting distracted from the productive work, remove those distractions.

Keep your efforts as much as possible: Work as much as you can, put your consistent and sincere efforts to complete a particular task within a particular set time.
